Abstract: In economic activity, capital is the most crucial thing. Obtaining that basic financial factor can be done independently or through submitting loans from other parties (investors). Until now, the lower class still have difficulty dealing with financial institutions, related to certain requirements. Consequently, they choose the easiest way, without any complicated pre-requirements, commonly known as loan sharks. This research is qualitative field research using descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that the reason these traders make capital submissions to moneylenders is because the process of borrowing money is fast and easy. They do not have to have valuables as collateral. In addition, the amount of money is moderately small. Relying on trust, they can immediately receive the loans. The rent-seeking among the community, practically, has a lot of negative impacts on the community's economy. The rent-seeking carried out in Semuli Raya, Abung Semuli Subdistrict, has caused the people's economy, especially the market traders, to be very disturbed both for their daily needs and even on the education of their children. Abstract: This research entitled Analysis of Shirkah Inan and Samsarah on Sharia Homestay Cooperation with Online Travel Agent (OTA) in Sidoarjo, aims to answer the questions: How to cooperate sharia homestay with online travel agent and How to form profit and obstacles in the implementation of sharia homestay cooperation with online travel agent. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. Data collection is done by observing, documentation, and interviews directly to the source, namely Homestay Airy Eco Sharia’s Manager and Dharmawati Homestay Sharia’s Owner. The findings show that the cooperation established between Homestay Airy Eco Sharia and Airy is a collaboration in the form of Shirkah Inan, while the cooperation established between Dharmawati Homestay Sharia and Online Travel Agent is cooperation in the form of Samsarah. From this research, it can be concluded that the cooperation conducted by Homestay Airy Eco Sharia with Airy already fits the term of cooperation in sharia economic perspective. Meanwhile, the cooperation held by Dharmawati Homestay with online travel agent is still not fulfilled the requisites of cooperation in the perspective of sharia economy. In line with above conclusions, the researcher advises that Homestay Airy Eco Sharia which conducts cooperation with Airy is expected to be sustainable. For Dharmawati Homestay Sharia who conducts cooperation with online travel agent is expected to be able to introspect each other and evaluate the cooperation systems carried out in order to remain on sharia economic principles. Abstract: In sharia business, management is used as a basic element that is attached to business processes that will be used as a reference by managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals. The management urgency in business is designed to cover four functions, namely production, personnel, marketing and finance. Business in Islam also aims to achieve four main things: targets results, material and non-material benefits, sustainability of growth, and blessings. This research is qualitative library research using sources from various references conducted descriptively and analytically. The findings suggest that in its application, business management cannot be separated from the beliefs and values underliying it, which must be in accordance with the view of life and Islam. Abstract: In applying marketing strategy, the subjects or sellers must be able to educate the customers about the product superiority with integrity. They do not need to lie or deceive the clients in order to get the profit. They even need to be the good and professional communicator. The changing number of members in KSPPS Mitra Usaha Ideal Sekapuk, East Java, needs a further analysis to determine the marketing strategy in order to keep surviving in financial industry. This research applies qualitative approach in conformity with field research to obtain the data that are in correlation with the latest social condition and environment. The research findings on the marketing strategy of products of hajj savings in KSSPS Mitra Usaha Ideal Sekapuk, East Java, generate the application of marketing strategy through segmentation, targeting, and positioning by rising door to door strategy. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to map the various basic concepts of community empowerment to function mosques, actualize and develop socio-economic values. This research uses a qualitative research approach of participatory action research. namely interacting and socializing, so that it will improve capacity building and self-confidence from society. The research sites are Pondok Indah Grand Mosque and Jami’ Assakinah Mosque. The results of this study indicate that the role of the mosque in realizing the welfare of the community through UMKM is an actualization that is able to guarantee the economic independence of the community. It also helps the economic empowerment of the surrounding community, at the same time. The indicators found in these two mosques are the presences of professional and qualified personnel. They have the adequate infrastructure and strategic location surrounded by elite housing and offices. The mosque is easy to reach. Furthermore, it is close to objects that become empowerment, such as markets and street vendors. The economic empowerment of the mosque-based community was initiated by BMT, in order to optimize the function and role of the mosque as the center of civilization for the people and the economic welfare of the congregation or the community around the mosque. Besides that, it is also a strategy in order to empower the economy of the people by creating a Mosque Micro loan program (PMM). This program is designed for micro entrepreneurs who have difficulty obtaining or accessing capital. Keywords: mosque; economic empowerment; community welfare; UMKM

Abstract: Covid-19 is a virus that spreads very rapidly and has a clear impact on the areas of human life, such as health, social, economic, and religious perspective. The real impacts occurred in the economic sector are the declined economy due to the physical distancing policy for the community to do activities and the decreased public consumption which resulted in stagnant circulation of money. This is in accordance with the theory of the flow concept, money (property) must continue to flow to ensure that the economy is alive and integrated with one another, so that there is a confluence of economic circulation between the excess and the needy, and vice versa. Objectives that identify and provide recommendations that seek to support the SDG, especially the values that end all forms of society and inequality in communities affected by covid-19. This article uses descriptive qualitative methods using written sources such as the latest news, books, and research journals, as well as interview results that are relevant to the theme raised. The results of this study state that philanthropy can be an effective medium and means of supporting distribution stimulus while at the same time overcoming the impact of the spread of covid-19. This effort is also related to the application of SDG values which are oriented towards poverty alleviation and reduction of victims of malnutrition in the present or future. The suggestion that can be delivered is the cooperation between the community and the government which is assisted by the improvement of the ZISWAF Institution’s performance. It is hoped that it can optimize the realization of philanthropic funds to reduce the economic burden of victims while also applying the value of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Abstract: One of the ways to improve women’s economy is cooperatives. The basic objective of women-oriented cooperatives is to empower Indonesian women to contribute to efforts to improve the economic status and welfare of their families. This effort at the same time strengthens the independence of women so that they have strong bargaining power and can make a large contribution to the improvement of the national economy. The role of the qarḍ al-ḥasan contract in the Maju Jaya Women’s Savings and Loan Cooperative, Kebalanpelang Village, Babat Lamongan towards women’s economic empowerment from women’s businesses to create income to support their family's economy. This research is a qualitative research with an investigative pattern in which data and statements are obtained from the results of direct interaction between the researcher and the object under study and the people at the research site. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the qarḍ al-ḥasan contract applied in the Maju Jaya Women’s Savings and Loan Cooperative can also improve the quality of women’s economic enterprises for the welfare of women in the village of Kebalanpelang Babat Lamongan. Because with the qarḍ al-ḥasan contract, this is one way to help and ease the burden on women who have businesses in capital problems which aim to increase their business to be better and develop than before, so that by means of increasing their business income they earn them. ownership also automatically increases so that women can help their family’s economy. Abstract: SME is one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy. Data in 2020 shows that the number of SME in Indonesia has reached 64.2 million business units. However, it does not mean that MSME in Indonesia is far from all the problems. One of the problems experienced by SME is that many business entrepreneurs do not understand how to manage the finances and assets they get. Hence, many SME in Indonesia have gone bankrupt. This study uses qualitative methods. The data are obtained from existing scientific journals, and provided by related parties, as well as books that discuss financial management and SME. The results obtained from this study are about how SME practices simple and easy-to-understand accounting activities and applies Islamic values. On the other hand, this study explains the way SME subjects invest with limited capital and also how to get capital that is far from riba (interest).
